How does the ticketing work?
You tell us about your event, we set up the ticket types and pricing. Customers buy tickets on your event page, get a QR code emailed instantly, and show it at the door. You scan with any phone — no special hardware or app needed.
What are the ticketing fees?
You keep the full ticket price. Tickets run on POCtix, our ticketing partner: the buyer pays a flat $2 per ticket plus card processing, so a $25.00 ticket costs them $28.12 and you get $25.00. Free tickets have no fee, and there's no monthly charge.
When do I get paid for ticket sales?
Funds are deposited to your bank account on a rolling basis via Stripe. Typically 2 business days after each sale.
