Who this is for

If you sell tickets in Arizona...

Not for: existing ticket platforms (we don't resell), purely free events (just submit via /submit), or events outside Arizona.

Questions

When do I get paid?

Stripe payouts go to your bank account directly, typically 2 business days after the event date. You set the schedule in your Stripe account.

What about chargebacks?

Stripe handles them. We never touch the money — it goes straight to your Stripe account, we just take our 3% via Stripe Connect.

Can buyers refund themselves?

Your call. You can set a refund policy per event (full refund / partial / none). We don't override your policy.

What if my event sells out?

Add a waitlist (free) so buyers can join + get notified if you add more tickets or someone refunds.

Does this replace Eventbrite?

Functionally yes for the Arizona-event use case. Eventbrite has bigger global reach if you're selling to out-of-state audiences, but for Arizona residents and visitors, ZonaHaps's audience is more targeted and cheaper to use.
