Climate + season
Hot and dry like the rest of the Valley — spring (Mar-Apr) and fall (Oct-Nov) are peak at 75-90°F. Summer regularly tops 105°F+; plan early-morning or after-sunset ceremonies with misting and shade. Monsoon storms July-Sept — keep an indoor or tent backup.
Permits
Resort, golf-club, and private-estate venues handle their own permitting. Ceremonies in city parks (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, etc.) or at Maricopa County's Lake Pleasant Regional Park need a city or county special-use permit 30+ days out.
